DeliveryQ: What is the delivery rates like? A: We offer free Singapore islandwide delivery for orders $60 and above and $10 delivery charges for orders below $60. Q: What are your delivery timing like? A: Delivery is every Monday between 12:00pm to 6:00pm. For other days delivery, kindly Whatsapp or call us at 8790 7588 for arrangement. Q: Do you do same-day delivery? A: Unfortunately we are not able to do same-day deliveries even if the order is place on Monday as we required at least 2 days advance notice to prepare and our courier to plan the delivery route. Q: What happens if there is no one to receives my order upon delivery? A: In the event that the deliveries are unsuccessful, we will bring the order back and a re-deliveries are chargeable at $10 or you may self collect the order in the shop with no additional charge. Q: Can my order be a surprise present for someone? A: We are always glad to deliver surprises. However, as gelato are highly perishable and require freezer storage, we would kindly request that the recipient be inform on the delivery as the gelato needs to be received and stored in the freezer.
GelatosQ: Can i consume the gelato immediately upon receiving the order? A: Yes, you may consume immediately. However if the gelato has been left out for awhile, please keep it in the freezer for at least 1 hour before enjoying it. Q: How long can I keep the gelatos? A: Each gelato pint if left unopened and stored in the freezer, can last for a maximum of 3 months from the day of purchase. Once opened, we highly recommend comsuming the gelatos within 7 days as the texture and flavour will deteriorate.
OrdersQ: Can i make changes to my order after placing the order? A: Unfortunately the orders cannot be change once all orders have been placed and paid as this is to prevent any unnecessary wastage of ingredients. Q: The order i received is wrong. A: If you received the wrong order, kindly send us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 8790 7588 with photo of the wrong order received and we will arrange a re-delivery as soon as we can. Q: I have a corporate/large order with deliveries to atleast 10 locations A: Please write to us via firstname.lastname@example.org, or Whatsapp us at 8790 7588. Kindly take note that depending on the order quantity, we require at least 5-10 days to prepare large order. Q: Can i place the order more than 2 days in advance? A: Yes, you may order more than 2 days in advance for the ordering.
